Trish spent years in mortgage lending and running operations teams before she ever had her real estate license. What that means for you is that she understands this process from the inside: the timelines, the paperwork, the small details other agents miss because they’ve never had to live inside a transaction the way she has. She’s the person on the team who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, because she spent her career building the systems that catch things before they do.

In 2020, Trish and Rob relocated their family from the Pacific Northwest to Anthem, Arizona. They didn’t know a soul. They started from scratch, found their community and their church, built friendships, and grew a business they’re genuinely proud of. Trish knows what it feels like to make a move that changes everything, and that’s exactly what she brings into every client relationship.

Outside of work, she’s a lifestyle content creator who’s convinced shopping is a hobby, not an addiction. Her love of style, beauty, and home décor helps her see a house for the home it could become. That side of her makes her a better agent, honestly, because she notices things. She thinks about how a space feels, not just how it looks on paper.

Most of all, Trish is proud to be mom to two boys, Tanner and Jace, and grandma to two more, Tucker and Bruer. She’s a diehard Seahawks fan, and she believes that how you do anything is how you do everything. Real estate included.
