About Trish and Rob Real Estate
Trish & Rob Real Estate is a husband-and-wife team serving buyers and sellers across the Northwest Valley of Arizona. Licensed through Citiea Realty, they operate in Anthem, Peoria, Surprise, New River, Glendale, and the surrounding communities.
Rob Snyder brings a background that most real estate agents simply do not have. As a former Phoenix-area appraiser and loan officer, he understands how homes are valued, how lenders think, and how to build contract strategies that protect his clients at every stage. When Rob reviews a deal, he is not guessing. He is calculating.
Trish Simpson spent years in mortgage lending and leading operations teams before stepping into real estate sales full time. She is the detail person on the team. The one who builds the systems, tracks the timelines, and makes sure nothing is left to chance. Her background means she understands the transaction from the inside out, not just the sales side.
In 2020 they packed up their family, left the Pacific Northwest, and started over in Anthem, Arizona. They rebuilt everything here. Their community. Their friendships. Their church home. Their business. They know firsthand that relocating is not just a logistical event. It is a leap of faith, and it takes time to land. That experience lives in how they work with every client who is making the same kind of move.
Outside of real estate, Rob is an avid golfer. Trish is a lifestyle content creator with a following built around style, beauty, and home. Together they are parents to two sons and proud grandparents. They are NFL and baseball fans and they take both seriously.
Their standard has never changed: Service Over Sales. Every client. Every transaction. Every time. They use technology thoughtfully and appreciate what it can do. But they are also clear about what it cannot do. It cannot sit across the table from a nervous first-time buyer. It cannot walk a seller through a difficult offer. It cannot be there at the closing table when the keys change hands. Trish and Rob can, and they are.
